Life & Leadership Coaching Services

I offer one-to-one coaching sessions via Zoom, Facetime or conference call. Working virtual allows me to coach clients across many different time zones.

Being a leader is one of the hardest jobs there is. The responsibility to guide and shape an organization’s or team’s success is daunting and yet can be the most rewarding, fulfilling experience if done with awareness, skill, and passion.

My experiences and own personal journey inform our approach and allow me to truly meet you where you are. I don’t tell you what to do but engage you in a process that builds your own awareness, confidence, skills, and excitement allowing you to lead with superior results.

I believe that the people you lead will only go as far as you are willing to go. Accordingly, my executive coaching process begins and ends with you. You will learn a tremendous amount about yourself in the process that will not only prepare you to be a better leader but will also bring more fulfillment to your life as a whole. Coaching for Leadership

The focus is on leadership support at the top of an organization. The higher one goes up the corporate ladder, the fewer peers there are to whom an executive can turn to for support or feedback. I become the support base for the executive—exploring the issues with which the executive must deal with on a daily basis.

Coaching for Development and Success

The focus is on current or future assignments or opportunities. This is an undertaking to “groom” a leader or executive for that next step and/or fine tune their skills as they become more visible to senior-level leadership and/or stakeholders. We all have our strengths and blind areas and I explore with them which attributes helped get them to their present position, and what attributes might be or have been a potential anchor to hold them in place. “Accentuating the positive” is the thrust of this model.

Coaching a Team for Strategic Projects

The focus of this program is on defined projects with senior leaders and/or leadership teams. Where the senior leader requires a confidant to define strategies and explore options. This coaching approach lends itself to merger/acquisitions and/or restructuring or other transformational change initiatives.
